About Ilona

  Ilona Bravman was an integral member of the Fair Lawn community. She passed away on July 4, 2021 at the age of 28, after thriving courageously with Type 1 Spinal Muscular Atrophy. Ilona lived a remarkable life, defying her prognosis and surpassing all expectations. Ilona accomplished more than most people do in a longer life

span and taught so many how to live life joyfully and to focus on ability rather than disability.
